The menu developed by chef Andrea Marinelli encourages diners to linger at the table, to enjoy the beauty, quality and flavour of each individual dish.

Significant emphasis is placed on ingredients at the heart of a “pescatarian diet”, considered to be among the healthiest: a wide variety of fish, crustaceans and molluscs form the basis of our menu, served alongside plant-based ingredients grown, wherever possible, in our vegetable garden and greenhouses, and always chosen according to what’s in season.
