We’ve selected more than 500 labels chosen as they adhere to the “well made” philosophy, with a focus on respect for the environment, in perfect Olio’s style. We’ve dedicated to our bottles a large modern refrigerated wine cellar which, like a bookcase, invites us to listen to delicious stories, dish after dish.
The fish that we serve raw or that does not reach a core temperature of 60° C during cooking, is bought fresh and then blast chilled by us in accordance with current regulations (EC no. 853/04) to protect the health of our customers, and to best preserve its organoleptic properties.
All dishes on the menu are also available gluten free. Our staff are on hand to provide any clarification required.
